Leading the Innovation Process and Navigating Disruptive Technologies

An examination of the roles of leaders in fostering and supporting innovation and creativity in different types of organizations. Predictive analysis, critical thinking, and creative logic in ethical decision-making are explored. Students examine principles of entrepreneurial leadership in the contexts of both start-up and mature organizations and apply them through experiential learning in a culminating project. Topics include understanding the role of creativity in innovation and the nature of disruptive business forces
