An examination of the roles of leaders in fostering and supporting innovation and creativity in different types of organizations. Predictive analysis, critical thinking, and creative logic in ethical decision-making are explored. Students examine principles of entrepreneurial leadership in the contexts of both start-up and mature organizations and apply them through experiential learning in a culminating project.
