We would host the event at the EIC over a weekend, and have the use of our conference room, with breakout rooms in the EIC, such as the lobby, intern room, coworking space room, and three meeting rooms, plus the podcast room that could be used for meetings too.
Engineering and Mathematics will be an important campus collaborator, as we would want to attract FSU students from these areas. However, the event will be open to students and external members of the wider community, too. We plan to partner with other local universities for this event, including WPI.
